Overview

Gideon seeks help from a psychologist, hoping to use their professional analysis to track down an arsonist who set fire to a college campus and left very little evidence behind.

Why I like it:

It's a very interesting take on OCD and the Unsub was very unexpected. It had great pacing, very funny, ad lots of imagery. It was interesting to see how everyone reacted under the pressure with such a large campus to cover ground on. The backstory for th eunsub was also really interesting.

Overview

Gideon and Reid are visiting Los Angeles to present a seminar for the LAPD when they and the rest of the Behavioural Analysis Unit are brought into a case involving the murders of several people linked to a young, television actress.

Why I like it:

The episode had really good progression, it was funny how illa was literally on the verge of being murdered but still put her movie first. In this episode I felt so smart for figuring out who the unsub was before the BAU. It was funny watching reid be put in a more powerful position with someone he had a crush on.

Overview

Dr Spencer Reid suspects that a young man who has reached out to him for help may be a serial killer when he expresses his fantasies of killing prostitutes.

Why I like it:

It was strange to see a person reach out a being a potential serial killer and then a real serial kiiler comes out doing the same things he fantasized about. Nathan was a realy weird kid, and it was strange considering his background

Overview

The team races to catch a sadistic serial killer when Reid is kidnapped and tortured by the sought after criminal.

Why I like it:

I felt so bad for reid during this episode, but it was the first episode where we saw how intense a job in the BAU can be and his genius Iq was being used against him during this episode The killer was forcing him to choose who dies. It was also a really interesting portrayal of Split personality disorder.

Overview

After determining that victims were transported deep into woods, the Behavioral Analysis Unit discovers that the perpetrators have a new sport..

Why I like it:

This episode was literally insane, and it kinda reminded me of the hunger games. Its crazy to think that someone has the mindset to take someone into the woods and hunt them for sports. I wasnt shocked that it was a pair of men or that they were country

Overview

The team race against time to find a young girl who has gone missing from a mall in Virginia, believing her to be the next victim of a serial killer that murdered his previous victim within an hour of abduction.

Why I like it:

This episode was literally insane, and it kinda reminded me of the hunger games. Its crazy to think that someone has the mindset to take someone into the woods and hunt them for sports. I wasnt shocked that it was a pair of men or that they were country

Overview

Hotchner and the team investigate a murderous psychiatrist, who seems to be using his victim's worst fears as a means to kill them by utilising their patient records.

Why I like it:

This episode is literally where people get fears of doctors. It's insane to think that a docter would torture their patients, using their darkest secrets to torture them. Especially since he is meant to be helping them with their fears and instead he exploits them. The most interesting one was the person buried alive, becuase that sounds terrifying.
